
張偉,1989年出生,食品質量與安全專業(yè)教師,副教授,碩士生導師。近年來,以第一作者在Food Hydrocolloids,Food Packaging and Shelf Life 和Industrial Crops and Products 等國際期刊發(fā)表SCI論文4篇;參與國家自然科學基金項目1項,江蘇省大宗魚類體系項目1項;獲國家發(fā)明專利1項。
